Naveen Barthwal (Director)
Naveen is curator of the Adopt hotels and overseas development plans, direct investment, joint venture and company operation. People’s person, veteran hotelier, thinker, creative, a seasoned professional with an experience of 35 years in hospitality industry, A commerce graduate from Delhi University he joined TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS in 1988. He underwent program on finance, management and other development programs in IIM-A and Nanyag University in Singapore. Naveen is well known as result oriented business leader commissioning new projects and running profitable operations. His stint was with TAJ GROUPS as General Manager at various hotels. Naveen enjoys meeting and interacting with people with passion of creating difference and helping others in developing skills and acknowledge. A true hotelier by heart.
Prerna Mathur (Founder and Director)
For over a decade, Prerna has excelled in her profession of being a software engineer. However, there have been countless moments where her heart gravitated towards her passion for travelling and exploring unseen places. In November 2020, Prerna took a leap of faith into the hospitality industry, where she initiated Adopt Hotels.
Sunil Poswal (VP Operation and Business Developement )
Sunil, a Hotel Management Graduate, F&B Executive Certified from American Hotel & Learning Association, Florida USA with Financial Management from Cornell University New York and Food and Nutrition Management PG from University of Toronto, Canada. He is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of extensively diversified experience in hospitality industry in India and North America with leading Hotels like Taj Group of Hotels, Delta Hotels & Resorts (Canada), and Shangri-La Hotels& Resorts. Sunil, a result oriented, people’s person and creative thinker with immense pre-opening capabilities in operations with project and site management. He is proficient in strategic planning, resource building, conceptualisation of unique F&B concepts, budget controlling with specialized motivational training methodology.
Sudhir Kumar (India Head – Project and Business Developement )
Sudhir, a Hotel Management Graduate, leading excellence in hospitality industry as project head. Sudhir Brings wealth of expereince and passion, having more that 35 years of expereince with Taj Groups, JK group and many more, Sudhir’s strategic decisons that align with projects vision, contributing to the projects sucess, time execution, budget adherence and meticulous attention to details are Sudhir hallmarks.

Pranay Barthwal (Head – Project and Business Developement) UAE and Australia
Pranay, is youngest member in the team, Computer Science Gradutate from university of West London – UAE and Apsley University, Sydney, Austrialia, has strong analytical mindset, he navigates challenges with ease, turning obstacles into opportunities. Pranay’s commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire and motivate make him valuable assest in the steering projects to sucess.
Currently based in Sydney, Australia, Pranay actively handling overseas operation Young passionate Pranay loves meeting people and exploring new destinations.
